The Arbitrarium

Originally, this fic was just me screwing around and trying to write some cheap fanservice for myself, but then some relationship dynamic stuff came up and it actually became kind of interesting. I really wasn't expecting the Apollo/Athena-y bits. (TERRA IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT.)
